You’ve arrived at the gateway to sacred self-remembrance.

This is your space to book live breathwork ceremonies, sacred sound sessions, and coaching immersions. Each offering is crafted to support your return to the truth of who you are.

Please take a moment to review the instructions below before scheduling:

What to Expect

All sessions are trauma-informed and energetically held with care. Whether joining virtually or in-person, you will be met with presence, reverence, and deep support.

Online Sessions

You will receive a private Zoom link immediately upon booking. Please arrive in a quiet space with a strong internet connection. Headphones and a journal are recommended.

In-Person Sessions

Held in a private space which will be agreed upon in advance. For breathwork or sound sessions, you'll want to have: a yoga mat, blanket, water, optional eye mask, and any items that make you feel supported. For coaching: just your open heart.

Booking Notes

• All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations/reschedules allowed up to 24 hours prior

• No-shows or late cancellations are not refundable

• 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled once per booking
